This course incorporates principles and practices of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Mindful Self-Compassion, and Positive Psychology. This course qualifies for 8 hours of social work CEUs. We provide guided instruction in various mindfulness practices, including sitting and walking meditation, mindful eating, and mindful communication; meditations tend to be shorter, from 5-20 minutes.
